These terms govern your use of Tresario (the "Service"), provided by Tresario. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.
You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for anything that happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.
You own everything you write and upload. We don't claim any rights over your manuscripts, characters, notes or images beyond what's needed to store and display them back to you as part of the Service. You're responsible for making sure you have the rights to anything you upload.
Don't use the Service to store or distribute unlawful content, to infringe someone else's rights, or to try to interfere with the Service's security or availability.
Free accounts include a limited number of projects and storage allowance. If you go over your limit we'll let you know before restricting new uploads.
We aim to keep the Service available and back up regularly, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access. Please keep your own copies of anything irreplaceable — the export tools make this easy.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. You can close your own account and request deletion of your data at any time — see our privacy notice for how.
We may update these terms occasionally. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the update.
